GENERAL INFORMATION

ROOM RESERVATIONS
We can tentatively hold a room for a period of no longer than two weeks. To confirm a booking
an initial non refundable deposit will be required. An additional 50% of contract quote is due 10
days before event.

CONTRACT COMPLETION
Your contract must be completed with our office a minimum of three weeks prior to your event
or late charges may apply. This allows us to deal with any special requests and arrange for all
supplies and staff to ensure your event is the best it can be.

PRICING
Because of our strict quality procurement policies, unfortunately we can only guarantee pricing
for a period of 60 days prior to event. All food and beverages are subject to HST of 13% and a
15% service charge.

FUNCTION SIZE
Approximate number of guests is required upon booking and confirmed numbers are required a
minimum of two weeks prior to the event. Charges will reflect the greater of the confirmed or
actual guests. If your numbers fall below minimum numbers required to hold both halls,
charges will reflect a club minimum of 250 guests.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
We do not allow any food or beverages to be brought into the Club. If ordering a complete meal
for your event the Club will allow you to bring in homemade sweets for your late night service.
We are happy to customize the perfect menu to suit every budget.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
We have a variety of services available to suit your needs. We strictly adhere to the liquor laws
of the AGCO and the policies set out by the Board of The Italian Canadian club.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
The Club will attempt to meet any special requests. If you require any food or service not listed
in our menu please ask as our professionals will accommodate any reasonable request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable and will be retained in the event of cancellation, additional
fees- as listed on contract- will be charged if cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event.

HALL RENTAL
Monday-Thursday – LOUNGE $125.00… ONE HALL $300.00… TWO HALLS $600.00
Friday, Saturday or Sunday – LOUNGE $150.00… ONE HALL $500.00… TWO HALLS $750.00
Please add $150.00 if Ceremony held at the Club. A SOCAN/ reSound fee will be charged if
music is played at the event based on your number of guests.
